Initial Consultation

With all offered services, there will need to be an initial consultation prior to the first scheduled visit/service. This will give us the opportunity to meet, go over any directions, get acquainted with your pet, and fill out a few necessary forms (including the client service contract).  You may also provide a spare key and payment at that time.

Note: You may also provide the spare key and payment at any other time prior to services rendered by dropping these items off at a scheduled time at our location in Bridgeton, or we can come to you for the cost of the transportation fee (See Below*). This applies to transferring the key after the service has been rendered as well.  The key can also be mailed if that is what you prefer.

In-Your-Home Sitting Services

With our In-Your-Home Pet Sitting services, your pets can remain in the comfort of their very own home while you are away.  This means that they won't be exposed to traumatic events such as loud barking/over-stimulation, potential injury resulting in confrontation with other animals, unnecessary shots, fleas, illnesses, excessive cage confinement, change of routine/schedule and unnecessary stress which can cause behavioral and/or eating disorders.  All of our employees have been screened and are insured and bonded, so you can rest assured that your home is safe under our care.  All of our employees are also American Red Cross Pet First Aid & CPR Certified.

We Provide the Following Services at Each Home Visit (if requested):

Most importantly, we will give your pet(s) the much needed love and attention that they miss most when you are away.  If you have a dog(s), we will escort him/her on a private, engaging walk.  We will brush, pet, and love on all of your animals to ensure that they are pampered while you are away.  We will serve your pets food and fresh water on your schedule, clean the litter box(es), and care for your fish, birds, hamsters, ferrets, guinea pigs, etc.  This is perfect for multiple-pet households!

In addition to taking care of your pets, we will do the following complimentary housekeeping functions as part of our services (if requested): Bring in your mail and newspapers, check bird feeders; Perform a security walk-through; Raise and lower your shades and alternatively turn on and off your lights, TV, and radio for that lived-in look; Water your potted indoor and outdoor plants and set out trash for pick-up.

Please Note: The cost of the "regular" 30 minute visit only includes care for up to 2 animals (more than 2 animals will require that you schedule additional time slots so that each animal gets adequate personalized care). You will find that the following prices are comparable to other pet sitters in the area (if not less expensive), and less expensive than area kennels.

The term "animal" or "pet" used below includes small animals & reptiles such as Gerbils, Hamsters, Rabbits, Fish, Hermit Crabs, Snakes, Lizards, and anything else that needs care while you are gone... simply because these creatures need attention too, especially cleaning and feeding and this does take time.


Cost of Standard Visit (30 Minutes) - No More Than 2 Animals:

This choice is perfect if you have 1 or 2 animals.  It will give your sitter time to clean up any messes and accomplish other house sitting duties listed in this website, as well as take your special pet(s) for a walk or provide much needed play and love.  Most Dogs require at least 3-4 visits per day, while cats and other small animals need only a minimum of 1 visit per day.

Cost of Extended Visit (45 minutes) - No More Than 3 Animals:

This choice is more suitable for a household with 3 or less animals. You can certainly request this service even if you have less than 3 animals, just because you want to pamper your pet(s) or if they have special needs that require more time.

Cost for Hourly Visit(s) (Per 60 minutes)- No More Than 4 Animals:

This service is priced in hourly increments. You can order just one hour, or multiple hours if you wish. This service is perfect for households with 4 or less animals needing care. Again, you may order an hour or more even if you have less than 4 animals, simply because you just want to pamper your special family member, or if your pet has special needs.

****For Households With More Than 4 Animals, assume each animal will need at least 15 minutes per visit; therefore if you have 5 animals, the required length of the visit will be at least an hour and 15 minutes, six would be an hour and a half, etc.. Please inquire with us on the exact cost.



Daily Walks (up to 2 pets)

Great for pet owners with long work hours or for potty training your new puppy.  This service gives your pet a mid-day potty break and extra exercise while taking a stimulating walk, along with lots of love and affection. Visits are approximately 30 minutes long.

*Transportation Fee:

Due to the rising transportation/gas costs, visits to locations that are outside of the Bridgeton/Maryland Heights, MO area (63044, 63043) will be charged a transportation fee.  This charge will fluctuate as the gas prices fluctuate.  Please contact us to find out the amount of the current transportation fee.



In-Our-Home Pet Services (Overnight Boarding)

Although we highly recommend keeping your pets at your home for care, we also offer boarding services for dogs in one of our carefully selected homes on a limited/space available basis.  Your pet will become part of the family while they are with us.  We will give them unlimited personalized love and attention, as well as abundant walks/potty breaks that he/she wouldn't get if they had to go to a kennel. 

Proof of vaccinations will be required for the safety of your pet, as well as the health of your pet-sitter's personal pets, if any. All pets to be considered for boarding must be spayed/neutered, on a flea control program, in good health, house (or at least crate trained), and non-aggressive towards animals and people. You may be requested to bring your pet to the home to evaluate his/her temperament prior to the stay (during the initial consultation). By using this service, you understand that your pet may be exposed to other pets and people, including children.  Boarding is subject to availability and varies per location.

With all of our "In-Our-Home" services, feeding of all meals is included, as well as medication administration, gentle brushing, energizing playtime, outdoor scenic walks, abundant love and attention, and even home-made treats (with owners permission).

1 Large Dog (Over 45 lbs): $50.00 per Day/Night
Each Additional Large Dog (Over 45 lbs): $45.00 per Day/Night


Cats

Cats do not do well when taken out of their own safe environment.  This can cause complications such as not eating and unnecessary stress.  For this reason, we do not watch cats in "our" home.  We recommend having us come to your home for daily pet-sitting visits (see In-Your-Home Petsitting).
