Refunds and Cancellations

Please see below for our cancellation and refund policy:

0-48 Hours Prior to Reserved Service Date/Time

If you cancel service(s) 0-48 hours prior to the scheduled visit, Payment in full for 100% of the reserved services will be due prior to the scheduled service (No Refunds).

2-7 Days Prior to Reserved Service Date

If you cancel 49 hours (2+ days) - 7 Days prior to the scheduled visit, 80% of the total reserved services will be due prior to the scheduled service (20% Refund).

8-13 Days Prior to Reserved Services

If you cancel 8 - 13 Days prior to the scheduled visit, 50% of the total reserved services will be due prior to the scheduled service (50% Refund).

14+ Days (Two Weeks) Prior to Reserved Services

If you cancel 14 or more days prior to the scheduled visit, you will not be charged (Refund in Full)

Holiday Cancellation(s)

If you cancel a reserved appointment that was scheduled on a Holiday, payment in full for 100% of the reserved services will be due prior to date of the scheduled service(s) (no refunds).

These terms are in effect once the reservation is made via phone, email, or in person, even if a service agreement has not been completed yet or payment has not been made.

Payment for canceled services will still be due prior to the reserved date of requested services. You will be charged a late payment fee of $1 per day if we do not receive payment in full by the start of the requested services.

Since we are out of the office taking care of the animals for the majority of the day, we prefer correspondence via email.  This also makes it easier for record keeping.
